These Terms of Service govern your use of Shoppy. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service and eligibility
Shoppy is an automated assistant for discovering, buying, listing, selling, and monitoring secondhand goods. You must be at least 18, legally able to accept these terms, and eligible to use every service you connect. Features may change or be unavailable.
Accounts and instructions
You are responsible for your messaging and marketplace accounts. Connecting an account authorizes Shoppy to access it and act within your instructions. You must follow each third party’s rules; we do not control their availability, policies, or account decisions.
Transactions and automation
Review items, prices, fees, messages, offers, shipping, and actions before committing. Shoppy is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee authenticity, availability, price, or completion. Automated and AI systems can be wrong, so verify important results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Shoppy to break laws or third-party terms, infringe rights, deceive or harass people, send spam, facilitate fraud, trade prohibited or stolen goods, compromise security, interfere with the service, or access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
Content and availability
You retain ownership of your content and permit us to process it only to operate and secure Shoppy and fulfill requests. You must have the right to provide it. We may suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, misuse, or third-party-service reasons.
Disclaimers, changes, and contact
Shoppy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, implied warranties and liability for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses are excluded; rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
